We use SendGrid (a Twilio service) to deliver emails; your email address is shared with SendGrid solely for this purpose.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. Passwords are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes (bcrypt) and are never stored in plain text. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure session cookies, and access controls. While we take all reasonable precautions, no internet transmission is completely secure.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data: SendGrid (email delivery), Manus (hosting infrastructure). Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
